We're hoping for a clear-skied evening of fun and dancing! Typically, temperatures in early September here in Vermont are mild and comfortable in the early evening. Not too hot, not too cold, perfect for gettin' your groove on!

Caspian Lake, the backdrop of our Ceremony

Greensboro, Vermont

The festivities will be held at 28 Edsall Road, Greensboro VT 05841. The ceremony will take place in a large field with a beautiful view of Caspian Lake. Dinner and dancing will be held in a large tent on the property, just a short walk from the Ceremony site.

Food

  • Pesto Seared Chuck Roast with Roasted Potatoes
  • Chicken Saltimbocca with Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
  • Tuscan Mac & Cheese with Grilled Asparagus (vegetarian option)

Alcohol

Sorry, no alcohol will be available.... Just kidding! Open Bar (while supplies last)! Please drink responsibly!

  • Beer: The Illustrious Bud Light, Fiddlehead IPA
  • Wine: House Red, House Moscato
  • Liquor: Margarita, Mango Punch (courtesy of "Margarita Meg" aka, John's Mom)

Parking

Plentiful parking is available on the road which runs along both sides of the property and will be clearly marked for your convenience.

Attire

Formal attire is cordially requested, though please dress in what you are comfortable wearing and will not hold you back on the dance floor!

Accommodations

Our location is roughly 45 minutes from Stowe, and an hour from Jay, both of which are home to an abundance of Hotels and Inns.

Agenda

Ceremony: 3:30 - 4:00.
Cocktail Hour: 4:00 to 5:00.
Dinner and Dancing therefore after! The DJ will head out around 11, but you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like!
